No matter what you answered, you're not alone.

Perhaps you are like Marti, who says "Well sometimes I get mad, but I hate the feeling so I try not to show it."

Or maybe you're like Derrick, who says he's angry "all the time, man, all the time."

Or perhaps Carmen's experience echoes your own: "We yell and scream a lot in my house - especially me and my sister. But it doesn't mean anything. Five minutes later we're best friends again."

Anger is as much a part of the normal human experience as eating or breathing. Everyone feels this emotion. But not everyone experiences it in the same way. For some people anger is as sharp as hunger pains. For others anger is as subtle as breathing - they get angry but hardly think about it....
