[Dot ] [Dot]Feeling Great! is a health-awareness program designed to help students understand how the choice of life-styles can positively or negatively affect total health. This program considers health history along with eight life-style areas we think are important influences on total health. These life-style areas are alcohol and drugs, exercise, nutrition, personal habits, safety, smoking, stress, and weight.

...the student can actually make lifestyle choices for "John" or "Jane." The results of these choices are then indexed and the student can determine how the choices positively or negatively affected John's or Jane's health. With a better understanding of the effects certain life-style choices can have on total health, the student can plan a health improvement program for John or Jane in the Health Goals section. In this section, the student can set goals for John or Jane and determine how the attainment of these goals will affect John's or Jane's total health.
